Delivery Options & Rates 

All freight will be shipped on a first in first out.

• Regular shipping:

  • $1.25 to $1.45 per pound with a $30.00 minimum per shipment

  • first in first out on the next flight.

•  Priority shipping:

  • $1.80 to $2.00 per pound with a $50.00 minimum per shipment

  • Shipped first on the next flight.

  • Does not guarantee same-day service

  • All “Priority shipments MUST be at our facility by 11:00 am for next day flight.

For all shipments, the billable weight will be the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated using the standard UPS formula of L x W x H /166.

In order for your unaccompanied parcel to be shipped, we need your receipt for the items you are sending. This is a “must” for Bahamas and U.S customs. When you place an order, please ask the supplier to include an invoice/receipt and your contact information on any and all items sent to us for you.

Invoices can be emailed to us at: info@flyislandwings.com or fax to (954) 641-5996, prior to shipment. Please note all delivery times are calculated from the date the package(s), documentation, and payment have ALL been received.

• Special handling charges may apply on exceptionally bulky or heavy items, repackaging, Storage fees will apply to all packages left with us for more than 1 week.
